My Cats go off for days at a time, the longest time for one was a month and is a neutered male, when he showed back up he looked good, well groomed with no weight loss? since he is neutered and i have no neighbors for miles i figured he was just out hunting? it's their nature to stalk and hunt so i wouldn't freak just yet and since your Cat has been out before he knows his way around and hopefully will show up soon! Cats are usually pretty stubborn when they want to be!!

my girl got out last year and was gone a week She was under the neighbors porch and she would look right at me and NOT come out We took the boards off the porch and put an animal trap with food We got her in less than an hour


We looked more at night under all the sheds porches etc She hid because she had never been outside

We found later she had actually made a neat little hide out UNDER his foundation ... a little hole dug out.

A few months ago my 14 year old outdoor semi-feral cat went missing for 4 days then came back home. She lost a full 1 lb of weight which tells me she hadn’t eaten or had any water. I think she was in a hole hiding out from a coyote - I’d seen one in the neighborhood shortly after her return. Hopefully your furball will come back too.
