It is NOT illumination flares.
It is NOT munitions of any type.
It is NOT exploding drones or UFOs.
It is NOT a Russian attack on a city that is now Russian.

It IS some sort of firework.

It is either Thermite or Phosperous Incenderiary munitions, used to burn everything it falls on.
