I spent a whole semester in college doing a project based on these buoys. They are really hard to maintain and costly/time consuming to repair, soooo if they go down it’s really not surprising that they aren’t fixed quickly. There are a lot of things that can cause them to not work well…

FYI - there is a prophecy from May 1997 about the first of the judgments being a comet that breaks up into 3 parts in the atmosphere. 1 part strikes the north atlantic, 1 strikes the south atlantic, and 1 part hits the gulf of mexico. The tsunamis generated by this will hit the east coast for miles inland and the tsunamis from the gulf and south atlantic converge over florida putting Florida underwater above the rooftops of houses for a brief time. This is one of the first judgments on the earth of the end times. I do hope that this is not now. But NYC with the go bags, buoys off in the atlantic. This comet would be big enough to see it coming but I have no information on any sightings.
