first of all, he was 30 minutes late to his own rally

the people first in line at the capitol did not attend the rally

not to mention the actor who filmed the ashley babbit "shooting" immediately ran outside, found the first reporter he could find, and spoke about it live on television AND gave them the video before going to the police etc
