Yes. This is the plan. I have known for a long time. There is lots about the future of man and things that will be prohibited in the new order. I saw this kind of thing on WEF website, UN and some others. They haven't been shy with rules and regs. Also they have not hidden these things. Here in Western Colorado they are slowly closing off more camp sites and roads every year. Making it so you can't camp or go pick mushrooms and get wood so easily.
