Anonymous Coward User ID: 49598504 United States 07/27/2022 01:45 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Iv been smoking heavy for about 4 years straight. 2-5 grams a day, never miss a day. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 82317674 I expected to have a burst of energy and clarity when I stopped smoking, but damn I feel like I have the flu. I even have very slight trimmer in my hands. How is that even possible? Is it just psycho sematic or what? I'm 55 years old and smoke for 30 years and quit many times. The worst thing is that you'll be bored as hell for the first two or three days. Just hang in there and it gets better. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 83924892 United States 07/27/2022 02:12 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Good job. About a month from now you will want to smoke to try it again. Will blast you off.. but if you go right back into your habits after that one time then you will be fucking robbed and have to start all over with your consciousness training. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80085534 It's an adventure for sure. Its to the point where I don't get high anymore no matter how much I smoke. Three joints in the early morning just to get a head change. |

Most of the people I've known who smoke become straight up assholes when they don't have it. Maybe reefer madness was right all along. It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 38358496 United States 07/27/2022 02:13 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Just smoke a very small amount when the symptoms get bad. Not enough to get high, just enough to calm your nerves. One or two hits should be enough, and you should be fine. You have to ween yourself off slow, the withdrawal symptoms will only last about a day or two and will be very mild. |

You become irritable, it becomes hard to sleep and you get hot flashes, but only lasts 2-3 days. Reefer madness has never been right. |

As others have said there is a withdrawal window when your hormones will be jacked. But it aint like other drugs in that you should start to feel the new normal within a few days. You may find your patience / appetites / sleep disrupted in the interim. Good luck, OP |

Like ACV & lemon juice 2oz of each in a pint glass...fill the rest with boiling water...sweeten with stevia. |
