That might be accurate, though I don't know your sources. I experimented with LSD in my 20s (53 now), and it was fun, but after a few trips, it had shown everything it could show me. I get better results from lucid dreaming now.

My trips were always "good," but the novelty wore off, and it keeps you up all night. I even wrote a poem about it...
