So you're on a liquid diet, got it. Your calories are coming from the milk and the sugar.
Apparently you define "eating" as having to use your teeth, NOT the ingestion of calories and nutrients.

There are certain physiological facts that have to be faced. Your body is made up of cells that need "fuel" to function properly. Whether you chew and swallow that fuel or drink it is a meaningless quibble. Tell me how much you weigh and I'll tell you how many calories a day you consume between your eating meals and snacking/nibbling during the day and at bedtime. Anyone who says differently, book or not, is either not telling the truth or trying to convince people to do things that will harm them.
