One isn't going to do it. You have to agree to everyone you knkw within a 300 mile radius.

maybe a 500 mile radius depending on where you live.

I'm not too worried about it either way. I don't really appreciate just how lucky I am to live in a country where I can be left alone to my own devices though. So much potential to grow in a species where we were largely subject to harsh conditions and strict controls in the past. Don't want to waste the remaining time so time for some changes.

By the way...the major population problems are largely occuring in developing nations...they are the ones of utmost concern. Think India, Africa, and South America.

There are no population problems anywhere. Brilliant men have studied this ad nauseum and it's a fact for the world. It's not a problem of resources it's a problem of sharing and perfectly solvable today as it was 20 years ago.

But so good to know you're not worried about it either way.

Don't let you elected leaders know that you'd like them to start balancing their budget as you have to every month. Maybe if we demanded that they gave Ukraines war weapon $$ funds to the starving children of the world starting in the countries you listed, then it would be a better world.
