as stupid as that sounds, the government being run by a computer, I did Uber and thousands of rides, the times I ever had to contact human support was counted on one hand, and even those I could imagine a work around so those wouldn't even be necessary. There would be 'problems' but so few and far between , it would be superior to any other system.
