The death toll is close to 50 and injured close to 75.

Ukraine says Russia did it to cover up aggressive interrogation/torture techniques.

Russia says US HIMAR pinpoint missiles struck the facility. They stated they have fragments of the US missiles that will be released soon.

Again, the US Congress approval of $50 billions for ammunitions and weapons is only going to cost $50 billion of casualties. Congress approved the loss of human life both Ukrainian and Russian.

Where are the PEACE INITIATIVES by our President, President Biden?
