The Michigan Court of Appeals has ruled that prosecutors can now begin enforcing the abortion ban
The Michigan Court of Appeals made a ruling that will allow the state’s 83 county prosecutors to begin enforcing the 1931 ban on abortions.

The order was issued Monday. Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel said that Democrat prosecuting attorneys have already committed to refusing to enforce the ban and the injunction still applies to the attorney general’s office.

Well which will it be? As far as Democrats are concerned what the courts say and what they intend to do are two different things. Who is going to make sure that prosecutors WILL enforce the abortion ban??

Michigan? It's a Blue shithole. I'd expect them to introduce mandatory abortion minimums, not a ban.
I did it. I did it on purpose. And I'll do it again.

My concern is that a 1931 law might be vague as to what is considered an abortion, and or has no exceptions for any reason in it.
