It's not so much how much water there is, but the quality of that water.

I was told as a child that in Ohio we were sitting on an ocean of the best underground water in the world. Intel knows it and they're moving in on it soon.

Of course, the low lying areas have bad water with sulpher just like any other place, but there is a vast number of spring fed wells.

I love Minnesota but won't go into the cities and I know them well also.
