When I was in high school in the 70's and then into my early 20's in college, I would occasionally eat a gram of hash and go to school. It was a tremendous buzz.

A few years ago, I made a homemade weed butter extract that I could cook with. While I was making it, I was periodically sampling it, a teaspoon or so here and there.

Most I've done is 150 mg, and only use to help me sleep. Usually one 50 mg is good. The few times I've done three (150 mg) and got up the next morning, I felt like I has a THC hangover and didn't do to well in my tennis match. LOL

I used to get from a friend who had a connection where he'd get gummies from a Colorado dispensary. They were only 10 mg, and one didn't do anything for me. I'd have to take three or 4 to make me clam and relaxed to sleep.
