Food tampering, nanotech and food additives, mystery meat and food quality is low. Also, much of the newer gen working the restaurants are so angry and with lower morale than ever, it's a crapshoot to not get sick. All I can say is Kali Yuga ending and Yahweh's return is the only fix.
