They said at the beginning: 4 hour delay.

I have been waiting for 3 hours now.

They don't even have nice waiting music.

They basically don't care about their clients.

How can a bank make someone wait for 4 hours?

they don't want you to call, they want you to use the internet services, i was at the bank once and they were telling and old folk who was complaining for the wait at the desk to use the ATM, that's part of their plan.
once the ATM just gobble one of the 2 cheque i was deposing (500$), it took 2 weeks to get my money, they told me that the ATM is open once a week and i have to wait for them to get the cheque, so i call them the next thursday and they're telling me to tell my dad who did the cheque to cancel it at his bank, my dad call his bank and they told him it was impossible and it was my bank who had to pay me, back at the desk the girl told me again that my dad's bank had to cancel the cheque which i answer it wasn't the case, it was their atm who malfunction, she said that it wasn't their fault, so i raise my voice and told her it was their machine and it was their fault, she got a supervisor who took 10 minutes to fix the issue.
i felt like a criminal

It's a global agenda of all the big companies to fed us so much that we don't want to call them anymore, poor service from quasi-monopolistic corporations.
