Actually Egypt pushes and loves vaccines so much that they just gave the POLIO shot to all kids again. That's how much they love vaccines in Egypt. So no doubt in my mind he was vaxed.

Heat exhaustion can make you sick drinking cold water while overheated. Heat stroke on the other hand will outright kill you if you drink something cold, due to entering shock.

Considering Polio is making a resurgence, it makes sense. Being paralyzed isn't exactly fun, neither would a modern day Iron Lung machine.

I suffer from PSVT aka Supraventricular tachycardia often and decided against an ablation. For those of us who deal with it we completely understand how this happened. About 7 years ago maybe, I spent a weekend by the Great Lakes in early fall or late summer. Went to the beach and the water was pretty cold. I only spent an hour in the water, and due to the stress on my muscles from the cold, I couldn't breathe right for days. I was completely unable to swallow anything for nearly 48 hours, including liquids because my throat was too tight and I choked everytime.

I’ve been reading lots of articles on heatstroke lately because of the kids I spend time with. It may be counterintuitive but drinking very cold water when you already have the overheating starting to happen can make things worse, it has to do with the shock to the liver and the fact that the water will not be absorbed so easily when it’s so cold and the body is too hot.

If someone is dangerously hot the fastest and safest way to get their core temperature down is an ice water bath. It’s uncomfortable and not easy to set up fast but it could save lives and even organs. Once you’ve had heatstroke you likely have organ damage, even if you recover and feel fine.

Assuming 30mil vaccinated, let's say 10000 were paralyzed. That means you have a 0.000333% chance of contracting polio. In other words, Bill Gates protected well over 99% of all vaccinated permanently.

Your body can't process something way off core temp. It must first bring the food/drink to roughly core temp, then it can start processing it. Otherwise you'd throw yourself into shock and die drinking cold water or a hot drink.

Bullshit. You are correct in that parts of Egypt has extreme temperatures and that is in the desert south. But overall Texas with its 105 degrees summers and 80%+ humidity is much harsher.

And since I am speaking truth here the hottest place on the Earth isn't even in Egypt its in California.
