That’s illegal in the USA, Right! So how can any child mutilation be legal? Only an adult can make that kind of choice for themselves. So Children should be able to sue any Adult or Medical Facility that participates in activities of sexual mutilation, until the Patient reaches at least 21. Good time to become a lawyer.
