What did the crazy guy say about vaccines?

Maybe the crazy guy had a dead person in car due to accident that the older man caused? And the shirtless guy went lunatic mode and assumed it was a vaxident? Crazy video..btw, does everyone in Aussie own a boomerang? According to some prior posts, the man lost a child due to the vaccine or shedding. Still debated, but clearly its not about a traffic jam.
