Was working a wallpaper job for a client who was working for one of the BIG healthcare outfits, I'm pretty sure it was wellstar.
The chick was on a zoom call with her bosses and she was in charge of hiring her replacement as she had resigned from her position.
Her bosses said the following:

Then they further clarified by stating:
