It’s not your property until it’s delivered and you sign for it hero. If you somehow believe you going to get an airplane in exchange for a 5 to 600 hundred dollar package you have lost your mind. And frankly, a Baker Act should be filed against you whereas they remove any weapons you currently own or possess and prevent you from purchasing another one. Now, go fetal and suck your thumb. As someone who has had to deal with lost or damaged packages, the shipper is the party that has standing with the shipping company. You can yell yourself blue but UPS and FedEx won't give you the time of day until the shipper gets involved. I used to work in the purchasing department of a hospital and had to deal with this situation again and again.
