Should Russia and the United States make a deal (prisoner swap) in order to release Brittney Griner from a nine year prison sentence?

Putin doesn't control the courts, you halfwits. Russia is managed by institutions - not men. The courts institution has sentenced her according to Russian laws. The Russian laws are written by Duma, the Russian parliament. And yes, the Russian laws are tough on drugs because the Russian people want them to be like this.
