If someone is not assaulting you with lethal force, I don't believe lethal force should be used.
If I was on a jury, that store keeper would be found guilty.
If the thief was threatening the shop keeper with a deadly weapon then it would be a different verdict.

He did not ask for the robbers to come in there and rob the store - they made a shitty choice. And yes, the video is rough because you can completely hear the regret and fear in the dead guy's voice, but had he not been a shitty human trying to rob a store, it wouldn't have ever happened to begin with. I am 100% with the employee every time in this situation. In fact, I actually feel bad for the asian guy because he has to live with this shit daily for the rest of his life because those robbers forced him into this situation.
