Look, I get it, crime is totally out of control and even worse, it's intentionally being allowed to be. However, this one just really doesn't sit well. Maybe it's the innocence & fear in the perp's voice as he exclaims, "I'm dead..." but really not feeling like this needed to go down like that. Fucking tragic all around for this country.  What do y'all think? I'm no way justified in the northeast but I guess we'll see what Nevada laws are. That's all that matters is the law right? Otherwise it should be common sense you don't murder someone for stealing. Bullshit, steal from me and if you are in my home, and are a threat to me and my family. You will not walk out of my home. PERIOD. 1 less POS walking the earth as far as I'm concerned. Home invasion is always a violent crime even if they don't have a weapon. If I understand nevada correctly burglary without a weapon is a property crime. So if these guys didn't have weapons or threatened they had them this might be a problem. I could be wrong. I just read laws in nevada for a couple minutes.
