Look, I get it, crime is totally out of control and even worse, it's intentionally being allowed to be. However, this one just really doesn't sit well. Maybe it's the innocence & fear in the perp's voice as he exclaims, "I'm dead..." but really not feeling like this needed to go down like that. Fucking tragic all around for this country.  What do y'all think? I'm no way justified in the northeast but I guess we'll see what Nevada laws are. That's all that matters is the law right? Otherwise it should be common sense you don't murder someone for stealing. Yep agreed,he didn't have a weapon, that I could see anyway. The guy will be charged is my guess. He went after the thief, the thief was only stealing merchandise and for that you can not kill a person.. Fuck meee fuk meeeee Oop, I'm DEAD...i'm deeadddddd..boop.  If anything his "buddy" who bailed will be charged with murder for his friend's death, in many states a death while in commission of a crime is murder. That kid could have run like his pal did, but no, he went for the goods and then got combative and THEN he got stabbed, he's just as guilty as his buddy for his own death. There is no duty to retreat in Nevada, it's not a state run by pussies in NYC. Some of these people will take the time to follow you home. Get to know your family etc. Its just as risky to kill people as its always been. You dont really know who you are killing.
