Look, I get it, crime is totally out of control and even worse, it's intentionally being allowed to be. However, this one just really doesn't sit well. Maybe it's the innocence & fear in the perp's voice as he exclaims, "I'm dead..." but really not feeling like this needed to go down like that. Fucking tragic all around for this country.  What do y'all think? I'm no way justified in the northeast but I guess we'll see what Nevada laws are. That's all that matters is the law right? Otherwise it should be common sense you don't murder someone for stealing. if you are getting robbed by two people, it is reasonable to think they are going to hurt you. as a shop owner you know that thieves have killed just to steal beer or cigs. would you give a thief what they wanted without any threats of them hurting you? There was 3 perps, 1 guarding the door, and 2 at the counter.
