My opinion ...this is a no brainer. Jump the counter in an attempt to rob and possibly maim, then you have made a choice that sets all the ensuing wheels in motion. If the result is the shopkeeper planting a blade in yer neck then you have successfully reaped that which you had sown.  That New York shop owner situation may bias the jury. You talking about the other video that showed the older Dominican man in the deli stabbing that ne9ro in the cartoid artery a few weeks back? Yep.
