hard to say how this ends up in the courts. the stabber advanced on the stabbie and started stabbing the stabbie that didn't have a weapon in his hands that I could see

robber definitely fucked up that's for sure and beyond dispute but I'd need to be convinced that the stabber was in fear for his life thus justifying the use of deadly force upon the stabbie

I'm on the fence with this

in the final analysis the stabber was at work trying to earn a living when his life was forever changed by a would be robber

push come to shove I'd side with the stabber but wouldn't feel great about it
