If someone robs you wearing ski masks, you can only assume they are armed.
You don't need to ask to pat them down while they rob you.
Quoting: BFD I agree. Asking a shop clerk to make a split second decision about the intentions of someone jumping over the counter, and coming at you, is very unreasonable. Any updates on this? I read in another thread that the shop owner posted on Instagram that the kid did not die. I have to admit, I'm glad he did not die. He is too young. I hope he learned his lesson and will live the rest of his life on the straight and narrow. Every time he sees his scars he will be reminded of what he did.
