Moments before this clip, he was laughing and joking around.
The video is now memory holed, and what you see is him collecting himself for his delivery so he could participate in the thinly veiled attempt to disarm the American people.

The laughing is one thing but why in the hell is he doing a press conference the next day after his daughter and her classmates were slaughtered? Same with he other family, that was just a few days after the shooting and they are on laughing with Anderson Cooper. Then the state of Connecticut put up a steel wall against any investigation or releasing of requested evidence. This happened under Obama. They thought they were protected. They thought Hillary would never lose. Yeah, well there is no status of limitation on what happened at Sandy Hook. They better hope what happened its buried in CIA files for the next 200 years.
