Moments before this clip, he was laughing and joking around.
The video is now memory holed, and what you see is him collecting himself for his delivery so he could participate in the thinly veiled attempt to disarm the American people.
Quoting: BFD all of the sh vids disappeared on yt years ago, but I still wonder why this is up...I guess they were either too sloppy, or they are purposely mocking us. Not sure what. It's probably still up because no one cares and it doesn't mean anything.
