The video is now memory holed, and what you see is him collecting himself for his delivery so he could participate in the thinly veiled attempt to disarm the American people.

Don't bother, they think he's some kind of paid actor and nothing you say will change their minds. You could easily pile up mountains of evidence about that guy being a father living in that town while they would be able to dig up zero evidence of him being some sort of out of town paid actor and it still wouldn't matter to them. Their minds have been made up.
