Why is it everytime I have to use tomato paste it only calls for a tablespoon or so?
What do I do with the rest of it?
Should I freeze or just put the whole can in - screw it!

I freeze the rest. Do not put the whole can of paste in what you are making. That would be too much acid from the paste.

This.....I freeze the paste in a ice cube tray and pop out what I need for a recipe....
