Don't knock it... A little sprinkle and it seriously elevates the flavor
Quoting: Viktor Vaughn Works in Chili too. Love coffee in chili. Some people put in a tsp of cocoa. You just want a hint of flavor and not to overwhelm. I put about 1./4 cup of vodka in some batter for chicken last week and it worked pretty good. Nice and crispy. Mole chili. I will have to try that!
