If the claim was that AJ incited hatred which led to death threats then someone would have to prove a connection, and yet a greater task would be finding any evidence of AJ inciting hatred against the alleged victims and the alleged victim's families.

I think in AJs case it’s kinda bs, people would have probably acted that way regardless of his message. “Proving” that in court (which is something obviously subjective) is dangerous territory, I cannot find similar legal precedent at least in the US
