if you have millions of people listening to you, then there could be legitimate instigation. I think in AJs case it’s kinda bs, people would have probably acted that way regardless of his message. “Proving” that in court (which is something obviously subjective) is dangerous territory, I cannot find similar legal precedent at least in the US
