Why are maps so important to globe-tards? We have the REAL THING - Earth. Maps, models, etc are interesting, but not the great arbiter of reality. Is a Mercator projection map a perfect representation of Earth? No. No map is 100% accurate.

You can actually verify it yourself. Buy a few plane tickets and do a lap around the world. In thousands of years not one traveler or expedition has ever actually found the Earth to be flat. People have been walking and sailing around the planet for centuries and now flying too.

Nor are we existing in some sort of holosphere. The gases stay in because Earth's insane gravity holds it all together. Your feet stay on the ground for a reason.

Like I know the government lies about a lot of stuff, but there are things that are actually true. This is one of those ironclad facts.

The sun and moon disappear over the horizon and one side of the world is daytime and the other night.

I'm not a scientist, but what I know is Quantum mechanics and general relativity are two different theories in search of what gravity really is. Although both of these theories show how gravity works.

Quantum gravity research is a combination of both of these theories and is working towards why it works, possible to create gravity.
