I thought they're not supposed to be injected into the vein but into the tissue, not in the elbow either but in the shoulder, so really how much of an expert can Bill really be if Bill really could be one?

The American Medical Association has redefined "informed consent". It now means

1. A conversation between patient and provider happened.
2. The patient agreed to the treatment.

Nothing about the nature of the conversation, any conversation will do. Presumably it should be a conversation about the treatment, but it does not have to be complete or correct.

So what happened in the pharmacy meets that definition of informed consent.

There was intentionally no help for anyone who didn't do their own research and discover these facts. They were lulled to near-sleep and led to slaughter.
