They gave them to CHINA. All patents should be terminated. If there is a patent for it, you read it out and it becomes the public domain or something. If someone knows the correct mechanism, Robert Murray-Smith kept revealing patents and then somehow claimed it for public domain. But this has to exist as a patent and thus could be duplicated.
