Have you received the Holy Spirit?

I reached for Jesus, then I found God and received the Holy Spirit, greatest most AMAZING gift you could ever receive!! And I thank God for the wisdom, knowledge and discernment He gives!!
Praise God and Jesus Saves!!

Last November I had an profound experience that changed my life. I was doing some digging into the Travis Scott Astroworld tragedy and found alot of evidence that this show and the deaths were some sort of satanic sacrifice. There are numerous parallels to satanic imagery, portals and demons contained within this concert. However, I never believed In God and considered myself atheist for my whole life. This still didn't sit right with me. I found an image of the stage taken from an aerial view, it was of an inverted cross, a portal, and mountains behind the portal. I took a screenshot on my phone and was about to send this image to my girlfriend and show her. I edited the picture circling around the inverted cross and portal and mountains and then I experienced something that changed my life. Everything started shaking, it felt like there was an earthquake, and I was in my car at the time, I put the windows down to see if the ground was shaking, but it wasn't it was completely still. Then I look at my hands and they are shaking uncontrollably. I then had this overwhelming amount of anxiety come over me and I felt like I was having a panic attack, which I've never experienced in this intensity before. I started having shortness of breath and felt like my chest was being compressed. And then I look down at phone on my center console. The image of the stage was glowing and then I could feel what I could only describe as extremely heavy bass like at a concert would be. And I could hear it too, and it sounded as if a enormous portal was directly in front of me. At that point I realized whatever I was experiencing was because of that image I circled, and in that moment I started believing in God and in the devil. I deleted the picture and erased all the history of the Travis Scott on my phone and I started pacing around outside. I began crying and fell to my knees begging God for His forgiveness. I lived my life up until this point as a very sinful human. I was not a good person and caused much suffering for many people around me. I essentially worshipped myself and engulfed in many sinful pleasures including self-pride, self medicating with drugs and alcohol, pornography, to name just a few. I've made many mistakes in my past however I have already turned away from many of these things in the last few years. In the moments after I begged God for His forgiveness, I could feel this tremendous weight lifted off of me, and I felt a dark cloud leaving me. The shame, guilt, and pain of my past had left me and the shackles were released. I then looked at the sky and a huge sense of gratitude came over me and a thought of how beautiful it is came into my mind. I could finally see. Later that day I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and for His Spirit to fill me. And I feel His Spirit all the time. Whether it's a thought in my head that would get me to do something incredibly nice for someone I don't know, or if it's a sense of peace when I'm feeling anxious. The Spirit is always here with me now guiding me. Before being saved I was undoubtedly deserving of hell for all the sins I committed. I was a depressed, lost soul, no longer able to enjoy life. But now, I've been filled with the fruits of the Spirit: Joy, Gratitude, Peace, Love, Kindness, Gentleness, Patience. I was once very anxious, angry, negative and scared for the future. But now, even with how crazy the world is, I have the greatest sense of joy and peace that rests in my soul.

Jesus said the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth.

To be baptized in the Holy Spirit is to be determined that that spirit direct all your thoughts and actions, and to develop the will to resist the spirits of sin (Pride, Wrath, Envy, Lust, Gluttony, Greed, sloth) when they try to control your actions.

Lies, deceit, murder are not possible to come from someone baptized in the spirit of Truth.

not really. Neither of you can explain without using scriptures under the interpretation you have been taught.

And for those of us who try to, we are damned as satanists and new agists.

There IS much more outside of the scriptures...... even your own bible says that all Jesus did (and I would have to believe also SAID) could not be contained in the bible.

Yet when anyone tries to point ANYTHING outside of the bible, again, we are damned as satanists and new ageist, which is comical to me because none of you even know what new age even is!

I’ve explained it scripturally and personally throughout this thread. I’ve never called you a satanist or a new agist as I don’t know your beliefs. I have clarified you can’t attain the Holy Spirit without Christ Jesus. There is no other way around it. And scripture is God’s word and is the basis for truth, of course His word is used to justify the gifts and blessings He bestows and He also clearly states how to attain such gifts hence this thread.

Humble yourself and ask Him yourself. He is the living God, omnipresent.

11 years ago I went to the LORD and asked for the baptism of the Holy Spirit. After about 40 minutes of prayer and asking for the Holy Spirit to rule and reign in His temple, my body. I felt the wind blowing over me (I was in my house). Then the brightest white light you could imagine hit me like a freight train. I immediately started feeling like I was being electrocuted, with no pain. Weirdly enough, I remember thinking I bet my hair is standing straight up. Moreover, I had no concept of time. I have no idea how long the experienced lasted. I remember saying "LORD if this continues I'm going to die". Then the experienced ended. I wish everyone could have an experience like that, it would change the world. That experience is why no man could ever take away my faith or stop me from doing God's will. It completely changed my nature and would not be surprised if something on the DNA level was completely rewritten. That is why I was prepared to die before I would allow those genetic altering vaccines into my body.

Jesus said the Spirit of Truth is bestowed by him and the Father and Is NOT the "holy spirit"... IF YOU HAVE a Father Divine spirit fragment.. you can access the spirit of truth.. which is placed in the genetic mind.

The "problem" as I see it, is you use scripture to prove scripture, as well as your own experience.

Everyone knows that we all experience spiritual matters differently. I've been Christian for most of my life. I've witnessed the *miracles* people have obtained. I've observed the various paths of all who call themselves christian, and where those paths have taken them. My sister experienced an explosive experience such as one poster posted. And I followed with that post with my own speaking about my sister..... saying that she experienced that "inflow of the Holy Spirit" ...... and she lived that for decades, until now, she's at a place where she's asking ME, why doesn't the Father answer? Why don't I feel any connection to the Father?

I've witnessed praying through the blood of Jesus Christ, which was followed by silence. I've also witnessed huge miracles after praying through the blood of Jesus Christ.

I've also witness miracles resulting NOT through the blood of Jesus Christ.

I always had the gift of knowledge, I recognized it when a christian when reading about the gifts. People now want to call me labels because I no longer identify with the christian religious system.

You haven't (yet) called me a satanist or new ageist, however, most christians on this forum have.

But I can speak from my OWN experience, that there is a divine connection with the Father, through following the way as taught by Jesus, whereby no scriptures are needed whatsoever. It is FAR more profound than any reading and mediating on the scriptures will provide. And certainly no debates, labeling, judgment, etc. are involved.

There is no other way to the Father except through Jesus. The scriptures are God-breathed through the Holy Spirit and is the word of God. It is the basis of all truth.

For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.
2 Peter 2:11

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness

Have you actually received the most holy gift from God Almighty which is the Holy Spirit?

How does one attain this priceless gift which can only be given from God?

Jesus told us.

“Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead? Of if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”


You must come to God boldly in prayer and ask Him for it. Humbly confess your sins, repent, and just ask Him. You will be amazed, beyond amazed. The Holy Spirit is the secret to all of life. He was God-breathed and inspired the scriptures by which men were moved to pen the books of the Bible.

He is the Comforter, Counselor, and Advocate. He is also,

And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;

Have you ever heard of those stories of animals being found with for example a fishing line around their neck or being caught in a trap and being rescued? Here is an example of two.









The above is an analogy for us as human beings in this world and how each and every one of us live, fully ensnared but our impediments are not visible, that is the key difference and why so many struggle even up to the point of taking their own lives.

Do you struggle with sin? Do you struggle with lust or addicted to drugs? It doesn’t matter what it is or how strong of a hold you think it has over you. The Holy Spirit can and will conquer it with you. The Holy Spirit is the most powerful force and is of God Almighty. You simply have to let the Holy Spirit in dwell within you but only God can give this gift to you! Ask him as a child would ask his or her father for something. When you truly have the Holy Spirit, he helps to conquer the flesh but it is a team effort.

So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.
Galatians 5:16


The Holy Spirit is the only one who can truly free us from such bonds and only God can give this priceless gift. The Holy Spirit transforms you, makes you new, helps you conquer sin by walking in him, and gives you wisdom and understanding which equates to overall peace and happiness and eternal salvation.

I do friend, I study it daily. His word calls you an anti-Christ. I will pray for you, you need it friend. Whom do you hurt but yourself in your willful denial of the truth and the only way to eternal salvation and life?
