Most people don't know that Sunday isn't the Sabbath, because they don't study, or choose not to adhere to biblical scripture.

I don't work or play on Saturday, because Saturday is the 7th day of the week, as opposed to Sunday, which is the first day of the week.

For me Sunday has always been a day to do hard labor or play.

According to scripture, God worked 6 days on Creation and on the 7th He rested from all of His labor. Thus, He sanctified the 7th day of the week as a day of rest for all mankind.

1Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. 2And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. 3And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

It matters not what the days are called. It's in the numbering of them that matters. As it stands; Saturday is the 7th day on our calendar and as such it is the day God sanctified.

I attend fellowship on Saturday, but I am not a 7th day Adventist, nor am I a shrew.

I simply observe the day God set aside, without attachment or affiliation with organized religious factions having a hand in it.

God Commanded we rest and fellowship with like mined individuals on the 7th day and that is what I do.
