The threads I am thankful to follow and benefit from are too numerous to name. Glad to be connected. You're welcome.  The 40 green thumbs up is karma that you received from other members. You can use them to get karma prizes. For example 10 of those karma points (green thumbs) will allow you to pin a thread with a green pin. 100 of them will allow you to upgrade your account for a month. The 10 karmas reload every 24 hours if you give them away and they are meant for you to give to others. Use them to upvote a member for a good job on a thread or to return green to another member. If you only give away 5 of your 10 allotted karma per day, then only 5 new ones will reload for a total of 10. But if you give away all 10 then you will get 10 new karmas to give away. Hope this makes sense. It took me a while to learn this on my own.
