Which one came first... the Universe or the Big bang?

If energy cannot be created or destroyed, there can be no beginning or end.

Maybe in our universe there was a timeline shift and the big bang is being scheduled..

In the form of a mushroom cloud?

Then it would be in the past AND the future.

ive always felt that the big bang was how god created the universe

God came first.

He created us in his image.

And we became, as the bible puts it.

Genesis 3:22
"And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:"

Take of that what you will and interpret your own way.

Hopefully you do good with it.

none it is eternal and never had a starting point.. it is jillions of years old already.

The Universe was created first as a non-physical entity.

The so-called 'Big Bang' was the descent into Matter via Wave Function collapse...
