To make a quote like that when you have no clue is just proving you are also a deadbeat. I was bullied out of my apartment after 5 years because the scumlord wanted to double the rent. He sent his buddy to blast music day and night and rev his motorcycle next to our window. Cops would do nothing. Landlords are lazy scum who like to profit off of others hard work. Sorry you had to go back to the shelter. |

Tenant complained 24/7 about repairs needing to be done but refused all access continually to unit for repairmen, even with sheriff's deputies aid. Plaintiffs attorney has a big surprise coming. No liability insurance exists anymore. No assets in his name to seize. They're working on contingency. |

No. I have had a mother with two kids for the last year and half, she always pays on time and lets me know about even the smallest dent in drywall. It’s a 3 & 2 house in a quiet neighborhood with a brand new school a couple blocks away. She’s a great tenant and I have charged her the same since her first months rent. My property is right next to some duplexes and the guy/corporation that owns those is scum. They charge 400 more than I do and it’s one less bedroom. If you’re a good landlord, most of the time you won’t have any issues. There is exceptions but I live in a very rural area and normally get great people. Even a good landlord is still a lazy entitled fuck. Why dont you sell the house to those nice people at a fair price and get a real job? Eventually he will sell his rentals just like me. And when the next landlord buys them and renovates expect the rent to go up 50% minimum. Then those nice people will be out of luck. WTF is a job? |

Also due to the nature of you being a leech you mainly see low income tenants (apartment renters) so it does not surprise me you don't understand how they scrape by when it is you that is just the first dickhead in line with your hand out. And to add, yea I typically choose to stay on the acres of property I own completing improvements on my time off from making income. I have had jobs in the past that required travel and I am just a homebody who prefers to spend the money on upgrades here I can enjoy for years vs a dumb experience as a tourist that is fleeting. He has two openings and was going to float tenants to the vaccines and remodel each as the lease is set to expire. One problem the rent is double when the remodel is over. Nobody can afford it so now he is just running the lease out and remodeling them all as they leave. Problem is his 100% increase is VERY low compared to the local area. And when the next landlord buys them and renovates expect the rent to go up 50% minimum. Then those nice people will be out of luck. WTF is a job? Sorry to disappoint, but I’m getting ready to buy another single family dwelling on this dip and rent that one out as well. I’m not selling shit, because when I hit retirement age I’ll have my pension and 401k, my wife’s 401k, and hopefully 3 rental properties.
