In a civilized country this isn't how you handle unruly citizens.

This was still a sucker punch. As long as they were being defiant and aggressive, the cops didn't touch them but this guy who was listening, got knocked out.

What lesson do they get out of this? Keep resisting, don't leave yourself unprotected as you are only going to tempt the cop to suckerpunch you.
