They are using word salad to say ‘look, we won’t force you to get vaccinated or tested, but we can detain you indefinitely through this edict giving us absolute authority to do it as long as we deem you a threat to public health’....through a STANDING ORDER, which not only eliminates the need for legislative approval, but also the need to re-up executive orders when they expire. STANDING ORDERS NEVER EXPIRE.
