It never went to the forehead.
It's just that people with huge egoes refuse to admit their memory was wrong.
As simple and stupid as that
Quoting: Dolan Trumb Then why are those kids doing the forehead pose? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78135041 If you actually read my posts you would know These kids didn't look at the statue. They simply took the pose they ASSUME a thinker would. Another proof that that's the natural pose most humans would take to support their head when thinking. Hand on chin is more of a "dramatic" thinking pose. It's an exaggerated one, that you often see in comics or theater or paintings. Like with this statue. But in case you didn't notice it, people in comic books or statues don't have "natural" poses. They have dramatic exaggerated ones. It's especially clear in classical sculptures. No normal human would ever pose like these statues in real life. It's more like theater. Quoting: Dolan Trumb You post so much to debunk this! You certainly are invested, in conveying a particular viewpoint to as many people as possible... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80869309 Sounds like projection. I only made a handful of posts on the subject, while Mandela theorists spend much more time and energy defending their beliefs. I just shared the actual explanation for those interested. Not for the people like you who are so emotionally invested it's too late for them to admit being wrong. It would just be too damaging for the ego
