Or, had the search warrant already been executed and they told him to leave because they were already in the middle of the search. You do realize that they have to give the search warrant and all copies back to the magistrate that issued the warrant after the search. The don't just pass them out like flyers to your local Chinese restaurant. The people executing the search have to notify the property owner. They don't have to give a lawyer anything. |
