the scariest bus ride i ever had was from cusco to lima peru...


it was like a greyhound bus....but no barriers and the dropoffs were like 1000's of feet if the bus driver didn't know what we was doing..

sometimes i'd look out the window and see down and go 'oh shit'....

but those drivers actually have a great track record through the andes.but it is something else..


it was like an 8 hour ordeal and great scenery...but yeah...unnerving at times

When you have marginal roads and try to put big trucks on them, here is your outcome. Only take a bit of work to widen it out instead of driving on the edge of sand.

I once took a bus to CVS/Walgreens to get my Pfizer mRNA vaccine..

i had to ride one of those special busses where they lift the wheelchairs up..

it was hard for me but at least i'm vaxxed..

I've done that one a couple of times myself. Did you know the bus frames are welded onto a different undercarriage? Such is the sketchy nature of their transport. I was also filmed getting onto the bus and was informed it was in case we died in a fiery crash they could identify who was on the bus.

I popped sleeping pills and decided to zonk out, particularly as it was at night. Why shorten your life by being awake for that?

The absolute best case scenario is that it will be much more 'mild' than Covid-19 and its variants. The preliminary assessment is that there's some of the same type of potential organ damages with both viruses, but there's no reports yet of a serious respiratory issue like Covid.

We don't really have any idea yet. People are sick though, probably sick as fuck, some may be dead even, and they're not going to say anything about the true severity. At least they said something though.

Immune compromised people, other 'at risk people' it's going to be a nightmare once it gets out of China. Covid has already been just too much for anybody to take.

This is a disaster.

There's no reason another virus from across a huge ocean should end up in the United States.
