The only real reason it could be happening besides intentional destruction is if its contaminated or expired. So they were stripping the external flat packaging and putting it in the trash cans so that the dozer was only rolling over the formula containers themselves. Testing retesting and multiple rounds of cleaning and other arbitrarily assigned shit by FDA never actually found any issues. Yet somehow the plant still isn't back online MONTHS LATER!
